About Me
I am an accredited integrative therapist/counsellor and supervisor working with individuals with a wide-range of issues. I am based in a beautiful garden office in Hartley Wintney, North Hampshire and I work collaboratively, tailoring my approach to the uniqueness of each of my clients. I want your counselling experience to be as positive and life enhancing as possible; and will always work at your pace. I am warm, empathetic and compassionate in my approach and I offer a supportive place to talk, where I will listen without judgement.
I use a variety of different modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and also use creative interventions if that is what you would like. I am experienced in working with stress, trauma, depression, grief and anxiety. Why counselling?
Sometimes negative experiences from the past can prevent us from living life the way we would like. We can feel overwhelmed, empty, distressed and afraid and sometimes life turns out differently to the way we would like.
Counselling can help reduce distressing symptoms, give you a different perspective and leave you feeling empowered and confident.
